Our friendly, experienced and professional team cannot wait to welcome you into our beauty salon and spa. We offer a wonderful range of treatments designed to clear your mind and balance your body, using the very best, high-performance, active BABOR products to give you visible results.
During your visit, we will work hard to ensure you have a wonderful experience as you enjoy five-star treatments and an excellent level of customer service. We will always listen to your needs and recommend the most appropriate treatment for you, your skin, and your beauty needs.

Vouchers: We can provide you with treatment vouchers or vouchers for a particular value, complete with attractive gift wrapping if required. The vouchers have a 1-year time limit and can be used for treatment or for purchasing products. You can also purchase Gift Vouchers online here.
Loyalty Bonus Scheme: Loyalty Card Members and students discounts may apply. Please ask us about our offers and loyalty scheme.
Service: We are happy to provide you with cold drinks, coffee or tea free of charge. For body treatments, we provide guests with robes, slippers and towels. Your treatment will be even more effective if you also use the appropriate high-performance care products at home. We will be happy to advise you.
Late Arrivals: In the case of late arrivals, the treatment times may be shortened in order to ensure that subsequent treatments can begin on time. We will always do our best to ensure you receive the best treatment in the available time.
Cancellations: The treatments you book are reserved especially for you. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you have to cancel your appointment. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for all appointments which are not cancelled and not attended.
Prices: Our services are competitively priced and can be viewed here. When it comes to paying for your service or treatment, we accept cash as well as the following cards: VISA / EUROCARD / MASTERCARD / AMEX.
Mobile Phones: Please switch your mobile phone off in order to enable guests to relax in a peaceful atmosphere.
Smoking: To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all visitors, we kindly ask that you do not smoke when inside Babor Beauty Spa.
