Receptionist / Administrator Jobs

Babor Beauty Spa in Limassol has a full-time vacancy for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our friendly and professional team. 

We offer a competitive salary package that includes social and health insurance. There will also be the ability to earn additional benefits (bonus and commission) after your induction period.

Requirements

  • A college diploma in secretarial or management studies
  • Additional qualifications or work experience will be considered an advantage 
  • Pleasant and polite personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Greek, English and Russian language compulsory
  • Basic understanding of computers
  • Must have permanent visa and work permit for Cyprus

Duties

  • Welcoming customers and filing their details
  • Booking appointments by phone or online
  • Cross product sales
  • Online communication regarding enquiries about services, appointments and products
  • Preparation of rooms and keeping salon clean and tidy.
